2025 Ford F-150 Engine & Performance

Rugged strength awaits with each of the 2025 Ford F-150 engines. The standard 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 engine makes 400 pound-feet of torque and can tow up to 8,400 pounds. The top towing capacity of 13,500 pounds is available with the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine. Likewise, the same engine offers up to 2,440 pounds of maximum payload capacity. For excellent fuel economy, pick the optional PowerBoost® full hybrid engine — up to 22 MPG in city driving and 24 MPG in town, along with 430 total horsepower and an 11,200-pound maximum towing capacity. Every F-150 engine is paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission.

Stunning power is available with the Raptor trim. Its standard high-output 3.5L EcoBoost V6 makes 450 horsepower, while its available 5.2L supercharged V8 makes 720 horsepower and 640 pound-feet of torque. 2025 Ford F-150 Capacity & Seating

Three cab options are available for the 2025 Ford F-150. Pick the regular cab for its access to the 8-foot cargo bed — it’s available exclusively with the entry-level XL trim. The SuperCab includes a second row with 33.5 inches of legroom and is paired exclusively with a 6.5-foot bed. Its trim availability ranges from the XL to the XLT. The largest and most widely available F-150 cab is the SuperCrew®. Complete with two rows of seating and over 43 inches of legroom in either row, you can get this cab built with each of the eight F-150 trim levels and either a 5.5- or 6.5-foot bed. The SuperCab and SuperCrew cab can both seat up to six with a front bench seat or five when the trim is equipped with second-row bucket seats.
