2025 Ford Bronco Engine & Performance

Undeniable strength and genuine capability await with the three EcoBoost® engine options offered with the 2025 Ford Bronco. The 300-horsepower 2.3L EcoBoost engine is standard with a 4x4 drivetrain and a fuel economy rating of up to 22 MPG on the highway. Upgrade to the 2.7L EcoBoost engine in select trims for a boost in performance — 330 horsepower and 415 pound-feet of torque. Both of these engines can tow up to 3,500 pounds. Under the vented hood of the Bronco Raptor®, a 3.0L EcoBoost engine roars to life with 410 horsepower and a 4,500-pound maximum towing capacity rating for elite capability on or off the beaten path.

Every Bronco includes a standard 4x4 drivetrain, with the option for advanced 4x4 with automatic on-demand engagement or part-time selectable engagement. Power flows from the engine through either a seven-speed manual or ten-speed automatic transmission, depending on the trim and engine you pick. Up to seven dial-selectable G.O.A.T. Modes® (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) are available for customized performance over a range of different conditions, including normal, eco, sport, slippery, and sand in the Base trim and rock-crawl and Baja modes in more rugged variants.

2025 Ford Bronco Capacity & Seating

Two-door and four-door configurations allow you to get your new 2025 Ford Bronco with expanded seating and cargo capacities or more manageable size. The two-door Bronco seats four and has a maximum cargo capacity of 52 cubic feet. You’ll find the two-door option as the exclusive configuration for the Stroppe Edition. On the other hand, the five-seat, four-door build with up to 83 cubic feet of cargo space is standard with the Big Bend®, Outer Banks®, Heritage Edition, and Raptor®. Base and Badlands® trims are available with either a two-door or four-door configuration.
