Award Eligibility Requirements: How Dealerships Qualify
Earning the Ford President’s Award takes a robust commitment to excellence at every level of a dealership. Customer experience satisfaction, measured through 60 or more OneCX surveys and a higher-than-average Net Promoter Score (NPS), is the foundational component of the award. Additionally, dealerships which qualify for the Ford President’s Award must demonstrate that they can efficiently connect you with the exact vehicle you want, with 100 percent or better sales effectiveness, meeting and exceeding everyone’s goals in the process.

- …100 percent or better sales effectiveness.

Customer Satisfaction Comes First: Our NPS Tell the Story
Our higher-than-average Net Promoter Scores (NPS) tell a rich story of satisfied customers and so much more.
Dealership NPS are created by customer feedback to a single question — how likely they are to recommend shopping at the dealership to someone else on a scale of zero to ten. Responses ranging from zero to six are categorized as detractors who are unhappy with the dealership and would recommend against visiting it, sevens and eights are neutral, and nines and tens are highly likely to promote the dealership to their friends, neighbors, and family. To calculate the final NPS number, the percentage of detractors is subtracted from the percentage of promoters.
